We are very sorry you have decided not to keep the ViewSonic product you purchased. We ask that you follow the next couple of steps to complete your submission
Step 1 – Print out the form and fill it in, ensuring that you correctly fill out all the details, writing clearly in capital letters, ensuring the appropriate boxes are Ticked and the form is Signed.
Step 2- Fax or Email the form with attached Proof of Purchase to either

APPLICATIONS THAT ARE NOT FILLED IN CORRECTLY AND/OR DO NOT INCLUDE PROOF OF PURCHASE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE REJECTED WITHOUT NOTIFICATION
Step 3 – Within 2 Working days confirmation of receipt of your submission will be sent to the email address provided.
Step 4 – If the application is correct then ViewSonic Europe Ltd will arrange courier collection for the product within 2 working days of the submission confirmation. An RMA reference will be issued for your reference.
Step 5 – Confirmation will be sent when the product is received and being evaluated
Step 6 – Upon successful evaluation a cheque will be issued within 60 days of receipt of the product and sent via registered post to the address detailed in the application submission.
