1,300,000 Lbs. Recycled and Counting
In the last five years ViewSonic has diverted more than 1.3 Million pounds from landfills. This "waste" was instead recycled into new goods.

Green Energy. We use 17% green energy to power our corporate headquarters. This includes:

  • Small hydropower
  • Geothermal

Responsible production.

  • ViewSonic practices environmentally responsible production practices as an ISO 14001 certified company.

Product design

  • Incorporating energy saving features into all our products
  • Easy disassemble design is easier to recycle

Product recycling

  • All ViewSonic LCDs and LCD TVs are made from plastic that can be recycled at their end of life
  • We encourage you to recycle your product using the Recyle+ program

Employee empowerment. ViewSonic encourages green suggestions from our employees. Most recently we implemented a green measure eliminating Styrofoam coffee cups in our corporate offices. We are now using re-usable ceramic mugs.
